The house is absolutely pristine! The design and space is both beautiful and functional, and the property is stunning and so private! Jarrett was such a responsive and considerate host. We enjoyed our time here so much and will be finding any reason we can to come back!

Jarrett's house is lovely! The pictures show it exactly as it is. Comfy beds, nice linens & towels, and a well-fitted out kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean. The house has a deck out back surrounded by a large field, edged by trees in the distance. The hot tub on the lower level looks out at that view. Very pretty & private. There's pleanty of room and the furnishings are comfortable, homey and stylish. Plus, Jarrett was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. Sometimes I heard back from him in minutes! We had a wonderful time there. Highly recommend!

Beautifully updated home with comfortable and clean beds, furniture, and decks. It was early spring so we did not take advantage of lake front. The boathouse location was very easy to walk to but be aware the access steps are rustic.

My family was in town for a memorial service. The home was a perfect respite for us. Spacious and stunning, it had everything you need in an Airbnb and more! We especially appreciated the many gathering spaces, things to do: vinyl, pool table, video games, and more! We hope to stay again in the future! Many thanks, Jarrett!

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend at Jarrett's place. The house itself is charming and comfortable and the backyard is set up beautifully. Hard to believe a place this peaceful is right around the corner from our favorite restaurant, Feast and Floret. Thanks for an excellent stay, Jarrett!

We had a fantastic stay at this Kingston property. The setting is incredibly serene, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house itself is large, thoughtfully laid out, and very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for our group was the basement which made for an excellent area for kids to hang out and play. This allowed the adults to unwind while the kids had their own space to enjoy. Overall, this is a wonderful home for a getaway, especially for families or groups. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We truly enjoyed our two night stay in Hudson at this property. Everything was better than expected or indicated, and we felt very much at home in this newly renovated house. For the price, we thought it was a great value.

Our stay was great! The home is spacious, updated, and perfectly accessible to downtown. We visited from NYC for a wedding and loved having the fireplace for the chilly March nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable (we love firm pillows and beds!), and the bathroom and living areas were modern and spotless while still holding onto the historic charm. The backyard with the fire pit was a nice space, and being just a few minutes' walk from downtown was so convenient. WiFi and streaming services worked perfectly, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly one of the best air bnb experiences I’ve had! Floor plan was perfect for our large group, house was pristine, kitchen was well stocked, and Jarrett was very responsive when I reached out with a question. Nowadays it’s common to see a high cleaning fee and the guest cleaning check list is still a mile long — I felt the cleaning fee here and guest expectations were very reasonable for our group. Would strongly recommend staying at Jarrett’s if you’re a low maintenance group!

Beautiful home on Lake Candlewood! The house was extremely clean, and well stocked. Beds and linens were comfortable and cozy and there were plenty of towels and extra linens. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was well furnished with plenty of seating. The views over the lake were stunning. Our host Jarrett was extremely kind, communicative and helpful. The house was a quick drive to plenty of stores. We had a wonderful stay and would visit again if we returned to this area.
